摘  要:嘧啶胺类化合物作为具有广谱生物活性的新型农药,目前的市场空间和发展前景都比较好。通过采用“中间体衍生法”制备优化了一系列带有嘧啶氨基的酯类化合物,所得化合物均经过1H NMR和LC-MS等分析手段确定了结构,进行了生物活性测定,并对其构效关系进行了讨论。结果表明,这类化合物具有良好的杀菌和杀虫活性,值得进一步研究。Pyrimidine amines,as new pesticides with broad-spectrum biological activities,have good market space and development prospects now.In this paper,a series of ester compounds with pyrimidine amino groups were prepared and optimized by"intermediate derivative method".The structures of the obtained compounds were determined by 1H NMR and LC-MS,and their biological activities were determined.The structure-activity relationship was also discussed.It is found that these compounds have good bactericidal and insecticidal activities and are worthy of further study.
