摘 要:针对现有的输电网扩建规划鲜有考虑短路电流约束,提出了考虑短路电流水平约束的输电网扩展规划方法,主要分为一个主问题和三个子问题。主问题是以输电网最优扩建投资成本最小化为目标函数,三个子问题分别是安全性校验、短路电流校验、经济性校验,如果不满足校验条件就产生不可行性割约束增加到主问题模型中。在IEEE RTS-24节点可靠性测试系统上验证了该算法的有效性。Aiming at the existing transmission network expansion planning rarely considers short-circuit current constraints,the transmission network extension planning method considering the short-circuit current level constraint is proposed,which is mainly divided into one main problem and three sub-problems.The main problem is to minimize the investment cost of optimal expansion of the transmission network as the objective function.The three sub-problems are safety verification,short-circuit current verification,and economic verification.If the check condition is not met,an unfeasible cut constraint is added to the main problem model.The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified on the IEEE RTS-24 node reliability test system.
