摘  要:针对一起1000 kV特高压站110 kV干式空心电抗器故障,通过系统后台动作时序、事故现场检查、电抗器解体检查,对故障发生过程及原因进行了分析,发现电抗器绕组出线导线内部出现裂纹损伤,在长期运行中受振动影响,受损导线裂纹扩大直至断裂缺陷,最终造成了干式空心电抗器故障。根据事故暴露的问题,提出预防措施,避免相同事故再次发生。The 110 kV dry-core reactor in the 1000 kV UHV station failed.Through the background action sequence of the system,the accident scene inspection,and the reactor disintegration inspection,the fault occurrence process and causes were analyzed,and it was found that crack damage appeared inside the outlet wire of the reactor winding.In long-term operation,affected by vibration,the cracks of the damaged wires expanded until the fracture defects,which eventually caused the failure of the dry air core reactor.According to the problems exposed by the accident,preventive measures are proposed to avoid the recurrence of the same accident.
