摘 要:自并励励磁系统水轮发电机机组励磁起励控制回路方式一般采用交流电源起励、直流电源起励和残压起励,起励控制回路的合理设计有利于发电机机组的可靠起励。由于直流电源起励有利于发电机的黑启动,因此很多自并励励磁系统水轮发电机机组励磁起励控制回路方式选择直流电源起励,但是直流电源起励的控制方式会消耗大量直流电能,给直流电源造成较大冲击和谐波干扰,威胁直流电源、继电保护及安全自动装置及其他设备的安全运行。某发电公司在对机组进行增容改造的过程中,自并励励磁系统水轮发电机机组励磁起励时对厂站直流电源系统生产的大冲击和谐波干扰,造成该发电公司35 kV一条线路断路器和故障录波装置开入量误动。针对此次事故,开展原因排查、试验和事故分析,提出了整改措施并实施,保障设备的安全稳定运行。Self-shunt excitation system excitation control loop of hydro-generator sets usually adopts AC power source excitation,DC power source excitation and residual voltage excitation.The reasonable design of excitation control loop is propitious to the reliable excitation of generator set.Since the excitation of DC power supply is beneficial to the black-start of generators,many self-shunt excitation system of hydro-generator sets usually choose DC power supply as the excitation starting control loop.However,the excitation control mode of DC power supply will consume a large amount of DC power energy,which will cause great impact and harmonic interference to DC power supply,and threaten the safe operation of DC power supply,relay protection,safety automatic device and other equipment.In the process of increasing the capacity of a power generation company,the large impact and harmonic interference on the DC power supply system produced by the DC power supply system of the plant during the excitation and excitation of the hydro turbine generator unit of the self-parallel excitation system caused the 35 kV line circuit breaker and fault recording device of the power generation company to be misoperation.In view of the accident,the cause investigation,test and accident analysis are carried out,and corrective measures are proposed and implemented to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
