浅谈复杂艰险山区的选线理论在贵兴铁路的实践

摘  要:贵兴铁路位于贵州省境内,起于贵阳市,经黔南州、安顺市,终止于黔西南州兴义市;线路依次跨越红纳河、白水河、北盘江、马岭河等珠江水系;沿线不良地质主要为岩溶、危岩落石、顺层、煤层瓦斯和采空区、人工弃渣堆等;为确保铁路工程安全可靠,经济合理;通过对区域地形、地质特征及地区规划的研究,合理确定了铁路线路在复杂艰险山区的宏观走向以及两端枢纽引入方案,并从地质选线及减灾选线的理念出发,在局部方案中规避了不良地质,在微观上选择了更适合的工程位置,在行经环境敏感区域,充分应用了环保选线理念,降低工程对环境影响,最大限度保护生态环境;在北盘江特大桥桥位选址上,充分体现重大工程优选选址原则,确保了桥位方案的合理可行;从宏观到微观,从整体在细部,逐步呈现铁路规划选址的理论运用,确保了铁路工程的经济合理,安全可靠。Guiyang-Xingyi Railway is located in Guizhou province,starting from Guiyang via Qiannan Prefecture and finally ending in the city of Xingyi of Qianxiannan Prefecture.The route passes through Hongna River,Baishui River,Beipanjiang River,and Maling River and other Pearl River systems in turn.The poor geology conditions are mainly lava,crags,falling rocks,bedding,coal seam gases,goaf and artificial scrap heaps,etc.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the railway project and at the same time try to be as economical and reasonable as possible,this paper reasonably determines the railway routes of macroscopic direction in complex and dangerous mountainous areas and leads in schemes of both pivots based on the study of regional topography,geological characteristics,and regional planning.Starting from the concept of geological route selection and disaster-reduction route selection,avoiding the poor topography in some schemes,and choosing more suitable routes,we make full use of environmental conception to decline the influence the project has on the environment and maximize the protection of the environment while passing through environment-sensitive areas.As for the location selection of Beipanjiang Bridge,It fully embodies the principle of optimal location of major projects,making sure the bridge location scheme reasonable and feasible.This paper gradually presents the theoretical application of railway planning and location from macro to micro dimensions to ensure that the railway project is economical,reasonable,safe and reliable.
