摘　　要：目的探究孕产妇对椎管内麻醉分娩镇痛的认知及影响其选择分娩镇痛的相关因素,为进一步推广分娩镇痛提供依据。方法采用目的抽样法选取2019年6月至9月山东第一医科大学第二附属医院收治的16名孕产妇为研究对象,采取现象学研究方法与孕产妇面对面交谈,对结果进行整合。结果孕产妇对椎管内麻醉分娩镇痛的接受程度普遍较高,认知程度、疼痛程度、家庭支持、价格等是影响孕产妇选择椎管内麻醉分娩镇痛的主要因素。结论孕产妇对椎管内麻醉分娩镇痛的需求较高,全社会应加大对分娩镇痛的宣传力度,以提高分娩镇痛认知度,进而促进椎管内麻醉分娩镇痛的推广应用。Objective To explore the cognition of pregnant women on intraspinal anesthesia labor analgesia and the related factors influencing their choice of labor analgesia,so as to provide a basis for further promotion of labor analgesia.Methods A total of 16 pregnant women who were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from June to September 2019 were selected as the research objects by the purposive sampling method.The phenomenological research method was used to talk with the pregnant women face to face,and the results were integrated.Results Pregnant women generally had a high degree of acceptance of intravertebral anesthesia for labor analgesia.Cognition degree,pain degree,family support and price were the main factors influencing pregnant women to choose intravertebral anesthesia for labor analgesia.Conclusion Pregnant women have a high demand for intraspinal anesthesia for labor analgesia.The whole society should increase the publicity of labor analgesia to improve the awareness of labor analgesia,so as to promote the popularization and application of intraspinal anesthesia for labor analgesia.
