甲硝唑联合乳酸杆菌栓剂及雌三醇乳膏治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨甲硝唑联合乳酸杆菌栓剂及雌三醇乳膏治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果。方法选取2021年5月至2022年6月于菏泽市牡丹人民医院就诊的80例老年性阴道炎患者,按照奇偶数法分为常规组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。常规组采用甲硝唑治疗,观察组在常规组基础上联合乳酸杆菌、雌三醇治疗。比较两组临床症状消失时间、不良反应总发生率及总复发率。结果观察组阴道瘙痒、阴道疼痛及局部烧灼感临床症状消失时间均短于常规组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组总复发率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论甲硝唑联合乳酸杆菌及雌三醇治疗老年性阴道炎,可快速缓解症状,降低复发率,且具有安全性,临床可推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Metronidazole combined with Lactobacillus Suppository and Estriol Cream in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods From May 2021 to June 2022,80 patients with senile vaginitis treated in Mudan People’s Hospital of Heze City were selected and divided into the conventional group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)according to the odd-even method.The conventional group was treated with Metronidazole,and the observation group was treated with Lactobacillus and Estriol on the basis of the conventional group.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,total incidence of adverse reactions and total recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of vaginal pruritus,vaginal pain and local burning sensation in the observation group was shorter than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The total recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metronidazole combined with Lactobacillus and Estriol in the treatment of senile vaginitis can quickly relieve symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate,and it is safe and can be widely used in clinic.
