摘　　要：在建设创新型社会的历史大背景下,如何提高学生的创新能力,已经成为教育教学改革的主要研究内容。本文从合理构建人才培养体系、完善人才培养监控评价体系、改革课程教学模式、建设创新型双师队伍、深度推进产教融合五个方面做了论述。结合甘肃工业职业技术学院“环境监测与控制”技术专业建设的经验与做法,经过系统的教育教学改革,培养的学生具有扎实的理论基础、较强的实践动手能力、一定的创新思维和创新能力,毕业生受到了用人单位的一致好评,取得了很好的社会效益。Under the historical background of building an innovative society,how to improve students'innovation ability has become the main research content of education and teaching reform.This paper discusses the following five aspects:reasonable construction of talent training system,improvement of talent training monitoring and evaluation system,reform of curriculum teaching mode,construction of innovative double teacher team,and in-depth promotion of industry education integration.Combined with the experience and practice of the construction of the"environmental monitoring and control"technical specialty of Gansu Industrial Vocational and Technical College,through systematic education and teaching reform,the students trained have a solid theoretical basis,strong practical ability,and certain innovative thinking and innovation ability.The graduates have received unanimous praise from employers and achieved good social benefits.
