摘　　要：针对自主可控、降低成本、提高灵活度的需求,结合常州市武进区自然资源和规划业务应用场景,基于开源框架开发武进自然资源和规划基础信息平台。平台以PostGIS进行数据存储与管理,基于GeoServer实现数据服务的发布,采用OpenLayers开发前端空间数据的展示与应用功能。重点研究了平台开发中的数据服务发布、多源矢量数据解析、图层自动发布、在线配图等关键问题,可为自然资源和规划、水利、智慧城市等业务场景下的定制化WebGIS平台开发提供参考。Aiming at the needs of self-control,reducing cost and improving flexibility,combined with the application scenario of natural resources and planning business in Wujin District,Changzhou,Wujin natural resources and planning basic information platform is developed based on the open source framework.The platform uses PostGIS for data storage and management,realizes the publishing of data services based on GeoServer,and uses OpenLayers to develop the web-side display and application functions of spatial data.The platform focuses on the key issues such as data service publishing,multi-source vector data parse,automatic layer publishing,online mapping and so on.It can provide reference for the development of customized WebGIS platform under business scenarios such as natural resources and planning,water conservancy and smart city.
