摘  要:针对电网通道资源因埋设地下难以精确定位运检、传统通道规划建设采用纸质化审批导致效率和准确性难以保障等问题,采用开源GeoServer和数据库技术、Activiti业务流引擎、SSM框架等先进技术,设计并研发了电网通道资源规划审批管理系统,通过图文一体化的通道资源可视化设计保障了数据准确性,灵活可调的业务流引擎和分级分类权限配置提升了通道业务管理规范性,实现了通道资源从规划设计、项目审批、建设竣工、运维检修的全过程精细化闭环管理,有效保障了电网系统的安全性。In order to improve the accuracy of operation and inspection for underground power channel,a power channel planning and automatic approval system instead of traditional approval by paper is proposed,which advances the efficiency and accuracy of business management.It realized the overall-process delicacy management including design,approval,construction,operation and maintenance.New technologies which includes open GeoServer and database,Activiti workflow engine,SSM framework are adopted to build a visualized way based on graphic-attributes integration.The flexible workflow engine and grade classification for role access control ensure normative and safety of power channel management.
