摘　　要：以自然资源兰州市卫星应用技术中心建设为例,就市级自然资源卫星应用中心团队建设、数据建设、设施建设和制度建设四个方面开展实践和探索,总结了建设中的需求和经验,提供了可参照比对的样例,揭示了团队建设的重要性,提出了拓宽数据来源和设施建设的具体方式;对市级卫星中心运营管理模式和应用服务方式,提出了新的见解,为市级卫星中心组建工作提供了一种新思路。Taking the construction of the Natural Resources Lanzhou Satellite Application Technology Center as an example,the practice and exploration are carried out on the four aspects of team building,data construction,facility construction and system construction of the Municipal Natural Resources Satellite Application Center,summarizing the needs and experience in the construction,and providing the reference and comparison examples are presented,the importance of team building is revealed,and specific methods for broadening data sources and facility construction are proposed;new insights into the operation and management mode and application service mode of municipal satellite centers are put forward.A new idea is provided for the establishment of a satellite center.
