多囊卵巢综合征30例临床诊治体会

摘　　要：目的探讨中医辨证治疗多囊卵巢综合征的应用效果。方法选取30例多囊卵巢综合征患者,均采用中医辨证治疗。比较患者治疗前后性激素水平、排卵规律率、生理期规律率、正常妊娠率及卵巢指标。结果治疗后,患者卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平高于治疗前,促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))及泌乳素(PRL)水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学(P<0.05)。治疗后患者排卵规律率60.00%、生理期规律率83.33%、正常妊娠率96.67%,均高于治疗前的23.33%、43.33%、76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,患者卵巢体积变小,卵泡数量变少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者效果确切,可明显改善性激素水平,促使排卵规律,提高正常妊娠率,具有临床推广价值。Objective To explore the application effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 30 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected and treated by TCM syndrome differentiation.Sex hormone levels,ovulation regularity rate,menstrual regularity rate,normal pregnancy rate and ovarian index were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)were higher than before treatment,while the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2))and prolactin(PRL)were lower than before treatment,with statistical differences(P<0.05),After treatment,the regular rate of ovulation was 60.00%,the regular rate of menstrual period was 83.33%and the normal pregnancy rate was 96.67%,which were higher than the 23.33%,43.33%and 76.67%before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ovarian volume of patients became smaller and the number of follicles became less,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome patients is effective,can obviously improve the level of sex hormones,promote the regularity of ovulation,improve the normal pregnancy rate,has the value of clinical promotion.
