摘　　要：女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)是指尿液在腹压忽然增加的情况下向膀胱下传提升膀胱内压使其比尿道括约肌及膀胱颈产生的压力高而不自主漏出,在临床较为常见。随着妇女年龄的增长,其发生率日益提升,对妇女身心健康及生活质量造成了不良影响。本研究首先阐述了V-NOTES自体组织三维重建技术的组成部分,其次探析V-NOTES自体组织三维重建技术的优点,再次介绍V-NOTES自体组织三维重建技术在妇科SUI患者手术治疗中的改进点,介绍V-NOTES自体组织三维重建技术在妇科SUI患者手术治疗中的具体操作,探讨V-NOTES自体组织三维重建技术在妇科SUI患者手术治疗中的临床效果。Female stress urinary incontinence(SUI)is a condition in which urine passes down the bladder to increase the internal pressure of the bladder in the case of sudden increase of abdominal pressure,so that the pressure is higher than that generated by the urethral sphincter and the bladder neck,and then involuntarily leaks out.It is relatively common in clinic.As women grow older,their incidence is increasing,which has a negative impact on their physical and mental health and quality of life.In this study,the components of the V-NOTES 3D autologous tissue reconstruction technique were firstly described,and the advantages of the V-NOTES 3D autnlogous tissue reconstruction technique were analyzed,and the improvement points of the V-NOTES 3D autologous tissue reconstruction technique in the surgical treatment of gynecological SUI patients were again introduced.To introduce the specific operation of V-NOTES 3D autologous tissue reconstruction technique in the surgical treatment of gynecological SUI patients,and to discuss the clinical effect of V-NOTES 3D autologous tissue reconstruction technique in the surgical treatment of gynecological SUI patients.
