小半夏汤穴位贴敷治疗妊娠恶阻的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究小半夏汤穴位贴敷治疗妊娠恶阻的临床疗效。方法选取62例妇产科住院孕妇,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,每组31例。对照组予以常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合小半夏汤穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组孕妇干预效果。结果治疗组总有效率93.55%明显高于对照组的74.19%(P<0.05);治疗组乏力、头晕、恶心呕吐症状改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前尿酮体水平、妊娠期恶心呕吐专用量评分表(PUQE)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组尿酮体、PUQE评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小半夏汤穴位贴敷治疗妊娠恶阻安全、有效,能够有效降低孕妇尿酮体水平,有利于临床症状减轻、改善。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaobanxia decoction acupoint application on pregnancy obstruction.Methods 62 hospitalized pregnant women in obstetrics and gynecology were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the treatment group combined with Xiaobanxia decoction acupoint treatment on the basis of the control group.The intervention effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 93.55%in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of 74.19%in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of fatigue,dizziness,nausea and vomiting in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in urinary ketone body and PUQE score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,urinary ketone bodies and PUQE scores in treatment group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaobanxia decoction acupoint application in the treatment of pregnancy dystopia is safe and effective,and can effectively reduce the level of urinary ketone body in pregnant women,which is conducive to relieving and improving clinical symptoms.
