中药催生汤联合小剂量缩宫素促宫颈成熟的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药催生汤联合小剂量缩宫素促宫颈成熟的临床疗效。方法选取90名妊娠晚期、有阴道引产指征的孕产妇,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组45名。对照组采用小剂量缩宫素,观察组采用中药催生汤联合小剂量缩宫素。比较两组干预效果。结果观察组宫颈成熟总有效率95.56%明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。观察组自然分娩率高于对照组,不良结局发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组第一产程潜伏期、第一产程活跃期、第二产程及第三产程均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药催生汤联合小剂量缩宫素对促宫颈成熟有显著疗效,应用价值较高。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine promoting decoction combined with small dose of oxytocin hormone to promote cervical maturation.Methods 90 pregnant women in the third trimester with indications of vaginal labor induction were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 45 in each group.The control group was Small dose of oxytocin,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine promoting decoction combined with small dose of oxytocin.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of cervical maturation in the observation group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 80.00%(P<0.05).The rate of natural delivery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The latency of the first stage of labor,the active stage of the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor and the third stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine promoting decoction combined with small dose of oxytocin has a significant effect on promoting cervical maturation and has high application value.
