晚期妊娠产妇经水囊与米索前列醇引产的效果分析

摘　　要：目的对比晚期妊娠产妇经水囊与米索前列醇引产的效果。方法选取经水囊引产且Bishop评分<6分的38例晚期妊娠产妇作为Ⅰ组,另将米索前列醇引产且Bishop评分<6分的41例晚期妊娠产妇作为Ⅱ组,对比两组引产结果。结果Ⅰ组的引产成功率78.95%与Ⅱ组75.61%的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但Ⅰ组Bishop评分为0~3分产妇的引产成功率低于Ⅱ组,且Bishop评分为4~6分产妇的引产成功率高于Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅰ组在平均产程时间、产后出血量与Ⅱ组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但Ⅰ组Bishop评分为0~3分产妇的平均产程时间比Ⅱ组长,产后出血量比Ⅱ组多,且Bishop评分为4~6分产妇的平均产程时间比Ⅱ组短,产后出血量比Ⅱ组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论具备引产指征且无宫缩的晚期妊娠产妇以水囊引产与米索前列醇引产均有效,建议Bishop评分0~3分产妇以米索前列醇引产,评分4~6分产妇以水囊引产。Objective To compare the effect of inducing labor by water sac induced labor and misoprostol in late pregnancy.Methods 38 women in late pregnancy who were water sac induced labor and BishoP<6 points were selected as group I,and 41 women in late pregnancy who were induced by misoprostol and BishoP<6 points were selected as group II,and the results of labor induction between the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of labor induction in group I was 78.95%compared with 75.61%in group II(P>0.05),but the success rate of labor induction in group I with Bishop score of 0~3 was lower than that in group II,and the success rate of labor induction in women with Bishop score of 4~6 was higher than that in group II,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the average labor time and postpartum blood loss between group I and group II(P>0.05),but the average labor time and postpartum blood loss of women in group I with Bishop score of 0-3 were longer than those in group II,and the average labor time and postpartum blood loss of women in group I with Bishop score of 4~6 were shorter than those in group II,and the postpartum blood loss was less than those in group II.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is recommended to induce labor with misoprostol in women with Bishop score 0~3 and water sac in women with Bishop score 4~6.
