替硝唑栓联合壳聚糖妇科洗液对中老年细菌性阴道炎患者临床症状评分及炎性因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨对中老年细菌性阴道炎患者采用替硝唑栓联合壳聚糖妇科洗液治疗的效果,及对其临床症状评分及炎性因子的改善作用。方法选取120例中老年细菌性阴道炎患者,按照随机数字表法分组,每组60例。对照组单用替硝唑栓治疗,研究组采用替硝唑栓联合壳聚糖妇科洗液治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状评分与炎性因子水平。结果治疗前,两组临床症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后外阴瘙痒、白带异常及阴道灼烧感症状评分分别为(0.52±0.15)分、(0.41±0.13)分、(0.31±0.14)分,均低于对照组的(1.02±0.23)分、(0.79±0.21)分、(0.69±0.24)分(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组炎性因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后超敏-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论替硝唑栓联合壳聚糖妇科洗液治疗中老年细菌性阴道炎患者的疗效可靠,能够显著改善患者临床症状,并减轻其炎性因子水平,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of tinidazole supposition combined with chitosan gynecological lotion on middle-aged and elderly patients with bacterial vaginitis,and improve the clinical symptom score and inflammatory factors.Methods 120 middle-aged and elderly patients with bacterial vaginitis were selected and divided into 60 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with tinidazole suppository alone,while the study group was treated with tinidazole suppository combined with chitosan gynecological lotion.Clinical symptom score and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in clinical symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of vulva pruritus,abnormal leucorrhea and vaginal burning were(0.52+0.15)points,(0.41+0.13)points and(0.31+0.14)points,respectively.They were lower than those in the control group(1.02+0.23),(0.79±0.21)and(0.69+0.24)points(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Tinidazole supposition combined with chitosan gynecological lotion in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with bacterial vaginitis has reliable efficacy,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
