清热祛湿法治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病

摘　　要：治疗阴道感染性疾病时,不应仅关注致病菌清除与否,还应将恢复阴道微生态作为治疗的最终目的,从而降低复发率。外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(vulvovaginal candidiasis,VVC)发病的核心病机为湿热下注,关键因素为阴道微生态失衡。故临证采用清热祛湿法调节阴道微生态防治VVC,能加快改善患者临床症状,提高临床治愈率,降低复发率,减轻炎症反应,调节机体免疫,有效抑制致病菌的繁殖,维持阴道乳酸杆菌平衡,重建阴道微生态平衡。It is held that in the treatment of vaginal infectious diseases,we should not only pay attention to the removal of pathogenic bacteria,but also take the restoration of vaginal microecology as the ultimate goal of treatment,so as to reduce the recurrence rate.The core pathogenesis of vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC)is Damp-Heat down injection,and the key factor is vaginal microecological imbalance.Therefore,in clinic,the use of Heat clearing and Dampness removing method to regulate vaginal microecology to prevent and treat VVC can accelerate the relieving of patients′clinical symptoms,increase the clinical cure rate,reduce the recurrence rate,reduce inflammatory reaction,regulate body immunity,effectively inhibit the reproduction of pathogenic bacteria,maintain the balance of vaginal lactobacilli,and reconstruct vaginal microecological balance.
