摘　　要：目的:运用数据挖掘技术,总结蒋士卿教授临床治疗乳腺癌的组方用药规律,为临床治疗乳腺癌提供参考依据。方法:通过收集2020年9月至2021年12月就诊于蒋士卿教授门诊的乳腺癌患者处方,建立数据库,运用Excel软件对药物进行频次频率统计,筛选出核心药物,并对药物的性味归经、功效及高频药物的剂量进行分析;运用SPSS Modeler 18.0软件中的Apriori算法分析核心药物关联规则和聚类特点,筛选出常用药对和核心药组。结果:本研究纳入99例乳腺癌患者,共99个处方,使用药味总数166味;其中频次≥25次的药物22味,包括黄芪、赤芍、柴胡、酸枣仁、延胡索等;药物性味以甘、温为主,多归肝、肺、脾经,药物功效以补虚、清热、解表为主;关联规则分析得到常用药对为清半夏-干姜,柴胡-枳壳,柴胡-麦芽-当归,柴胡-麦芽-赤芍等。聚类分析将蒋士卿教授门诊治疗乳腺癌的药物分为4个核心药组。结论:蒋士卿教授治疗乳腺癌以疏肝养血、通络止痛为主要原则,安神与燥湿并举,兼以调和脾胃、补气升阳。Objective:Using data mining technology,to summarize Professor Jiang Shiqing′s prescription and medication rules in clinical treatment of breast cancer,and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.Methods:The prescriptions of breast cancer patients who visited Professor Jiang Shiqing′s clinic from September 2020 to December 2021 were collected,a database was established,and the frequency of drugs was counted using Excel software to screen out core drugs,and the nature,taste,efficacy and dose of high-frequency drugs were analyzed;Apriori algorithm in SPSS Modeler 18.0 software was used to analyze the association rules and clustering characteristics of core drugs,and screen out commonly used drug pairs and core drug groups.Results:99 breast cancer patients were included in this study,with 99 prescriptions,and 166 drug flavors were used;Among them,there are 22 medicines with a frequency more than 25 times,including Huangqi(astragalus membranaceus),Chishao(red peony root),Chaihu(radix bupleuri),Suanzaoren(sour jujube kernel),Yanhusuo(corydalis tuber),etc;The medicinal properties and flavors are mainly sweet and warm,and mainly belong to the Liver,Lung,and Spleen meridians.The medicinal effects mainly include tonifying deficiency,clearing heat,and relieving external symptoms;Association rule analysis shows that commonly used drug pairs are Qingpinxia-Ganjiang(rhizome pinelliae preparate-rhizoma zingiberis),Chaihu-Zhike(radix bupleuri-fructus aurantii),Chaihu-Maiya-Danggui(radix bupleuri-fructus hordei germinates-angelica sinensis),Chaihu-Maiya-Chishao(radix bupleuri-fructus hordei germinates-red peony root)etc.With cluster analysis,Professor Jiang Shiqing′s outpatient drugs for treatingbreast cancer were divided into four core drug groups.Conclusion:Professor Jiang Shiqing treats breast cancer with the main principle of soothing the Liver and nourishing blood,unblocking collaterals and relieving pain,simultaneously calming the nerves and drying Dampness,harmonizing the Spleen and
