摘  要:目的探讨融合超声导航系统联合3D打印技术定位在经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)治疗复杂性肾结石中的应用。方法选取2019年3月至2020年3月在贵港市人民医院泌尿外科住院的120例复杂性肾结石患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。观察组在融合超声导航系统联合3D打印技术引导下行PCNL术,对照组在融合超声导航系统引导下行PCNL术。比较两组患者的手术穿刺通道时间、穿刺针数、一期通道数量、一期结石清除率、术中出血量。结果观察组患者的手术穿刺通道时间短于对照组,穿刺针数及术中出血量少于对照组,一期结石清除率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的一期通道数量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论融合超声导航系统联合3D打印技术定位在PCNL治疗复杂性肾结石是比融合超声导航系统引导下定位更有优势的穿刺定位技术,值得进一步探索和研究。Objective To investigate the application of fusion ultrasonic navigation system combined with 3D printing technology in percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL)for the treatment of complex kidney stones.Methods A total of 120 patients with complicated kidney stones admitted to the Department of Urology,Guigang People's Hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The observation group underwent PCNL guided by the fusion ultrasonic navigation system combined with 3D printing technology,while the control group underwent PCNL guided by the fusion ultrasonic navigation system.The time of surgical puncture channels,the number of puncture needles,the number of primary channels,the clearance rate of primary stones and the amount of intraoperative blood loss were compared between the two groups.Results The time of puncture channel in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the number of puncture needles and intraoperative blood loss were less than those in the control group,and the first-stage stone clearance rate was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of primary channels between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The fusion ultrasound navigation system combined with 3D printing technology is more advantageous than the fusion ultrasound navigation system guided positioning in the treatment of complex kidney stones in PCNL,which is worthy of further exploration and research.
