摘　　要：目的通过医护一体化糖尿病护理小组培训,规范非内分泌科专科护士胰岛素笔的使用,并观察分析培训效果。方法选取2021年1月至12月赣南医学院第一附属医院照护糖尿病住院患者的100名护士作为研究对象,护士来自收治糖尿病患者例数前五的非内分泌科室(眼科、心血管内科、烧伤科、骨科、神经内科),采用随机数字表法分为研究组(50名)与对照组(50名)。研究组护士通过医护一体化护理小组完成培训,对照组护士培训采用常规方法,由内分泌医生以讲座形式完成。比较两组护士的胰岛素笔理论及操作考核成绩。结果研究组护士的理论成绩及操作成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的胰岛素分类、正确的注射技术、胰岛素治疗副作用的未掌握率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。根据操作考核标准,两组护士扣分项目最多的前四项为操作前评估患者注射部位皮肤情况及皮下组织厚度,注射后停留>10 s再拔针,注射后取针器卸下针头、扔利器盒,操作后交代用餐时间及注意事项;研究组护士的以上四项扣分项目人数均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化糖尿病护理小组培训,在规范非内分泌专科护士胰岛素笔的使用方面效果较好,在糖尿病护理及其教育培训方面的具有重要作用。Objective To standardize the use of insulin pen by non-endocrinology nurses through the training of integrated diabetes care team,and observe and analyze the training effect.Methods A total of 100 nurses caring for inpatients with diabetes in the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from January to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.The nurses were from the top five non-endocrine departments(ophthalmology,cardiovascular medicine,burn medicine,orthopedics,neurology),and were randomly divided into study group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases)by random number table method.The nurses in the study group were trained by the integrated nursing group,while the nurses in the control group were trained by the conventional method,which was completed by the endocrinologist in the form of lecture.The results of insulin pen theory and operation were compared between the two groups of nurses.Results The theoretical and operational scores of nurses in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The failure rate of insulin classification,correct injection technique and insulin treatment side effects in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the operation assessment standards,the top four points deducted by nurses in the two groups were assessing the skin condition and subcutaneous tissue thickness of patients at the injection site before operation,staying for more than 10 s after injection before pulling out the needle,removing the needle and throwing the sharp instrument box after injection,and reporting the meal time and matters needing attention after operation.The number of nurses above four points deducted in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The training of integrated medical and nursing diabetes nursing group has a good effect on stand
