中西医疗法治疗关节软骨损伤修复的研究进展

摘　　要：关节软骨损伤是临床常见病,患者损伤后通常缺乏自行修复能力。关节软骨的损伤再生修复技术较多,均具有一定的治疗效果,但不同技术的适用范围不同,且存在部分缺点,尚有许多问题需深入研究。关节软骨的损伤与再生修复是骨科基础研究与临床治疗的重点。本文就近年来外科技术修复及中西医药物治疗修复软骨损伤方面的最新研究及其优缺点进行综述,以期为今后该方面研究的发展方向提出新的思路。Articular cartilage injury is a common clinical condition,and patients usually lack the ability to repair themselves after injury.There are many techniques for injury regeneration and repair of articular cartilage,all of which have certain therapeutic effects,but the scope of application of different technologies is different,and there are some shortcomings,and there are still many problems that need to be studied in depth.The damage and regeneration repair of articular cartilage is the focus of basic orthopedic research and clinical treatment.This article reviews the latest research on surgical repair and traditional Chinese and Western medicine drug treatment to repair cartilage damage in recent years,as well as its advantages and disadvantages,in order to put forward new ideas for the development direction of this research in the future.
