摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是高发的呼吸系统慢性病,是一组以气道、肺血管、肺实质发生慢性炎症反应为基础病理,以不完全可逆气流受限、通换气功能障碍为主要病理特征的临床常见肺部疾病。患者病情呈进行性进展,给患者生命健康带来极大威胁,同时也增加了社会经济负担,需积极提高其防控水平。COPD的临床治疗以药物为主,但是存在耐药、继发真菌感染等风险,不利于患者病情控制,患者预后欠佳,需进一步优化治疗方案。近年来,康复管理作为一种针对COPD治疗的非药物疗法受到了临床的广泛关注,临床实践显示,康复管理康复价值较高,因而康复管理的开展率不断提升,但是其具体方法及预后影响尚不明确。基于此,本文就COPD的康复管理方法及预后影响研究进展进行综述分析。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a chronic respiratory disease with a high incidence.It is a group of clinically common lung diseases with chronic inflammatory reactions occurring in the airways,pulmonary vessels and pulmonary parenchyma as the basic pathology,and with incomplete reversible airflow restriction and ventilation dysfunction as the main pathological characteristics.The progressive progress of the disease has brought great threat to the life and health of patients,but also increased the social and economic burden,so it is necessary to improve the prevention and control level.The clinical treatment of COPD is mainly based on drugs,but there are risks of drug resistance and secondary fungal infection,which is not conducive to the control of patients’disease.The prognosis of patients is poor,and further optimization of treatment plan is needed.In recent years,a non-drug therapy for the treatment of COPD has received clinical attention,namely rehabilitation management.Clinical practice shows that its rehabilitation value is high,so the implementation rate of rehabilitation management is constantly improving,but its specific methods and prognostic effects are still unclear.Therefore,this paper summarized and analyzed the research progress of rehabilitation management methods and prognostic effects of COPD,and summarized the report as follows.
