摘　　要：糖尿病在中医学中属“消渴”范畴。中医认为消渴病以阴虚为本、燥热为标,疾病的发生发展与气、血、津液及肝、脾、肾等脏腑密切相关。经方在糖尿病的治疗中应用十分广泛。经方治疗疾病也终会对气、血、津液、脏腑产生影响,故此文以病理因素气、血、津液及脏腑肝、脾、肾为切入点,探讨应用经方治疗糖尿病的理论及实践。Diabetes belongs to the category of“consumptive thirst”in traditional Chinese medicine.According to traditional Chinese medicine,thirst elimination disease is based on yin deficiency and hot and dry as the manifestation.The occurrence and development of the disease is closely related to qi,blood,body fluid,liver,spleen,kidney and other viscera.Classical prescription is widely used in the treatment of diabetes.The treatment of diseases will eventually have an impact on the qi,blood,body and fluid and viscera.Therefore,this paper discusses the theory and practice of treating diabetes mellitus,starting from the pathological factors of qi,blood,body and fluid,liver,spleen and kidney.
