摘　　要：目的以六经理论辨证为依据,从厥阴病探讨膝骨关节炎的治疗,为临床治疗膝骨关节炎提供一些思路。方法将100例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为当归四逆汤治疗组和塞来昔布胶囊对照组。评价标准为膝关节疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、Lyshlom膝关节功能评分、临床疗效。结果2组治疗前后VAS评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后组间VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗前后的Lyshlom评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后组间Lyshlom评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为84%(42/50),对照组总有效率为68%(34/50),2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用当归四逆汤加减从厥阴论治膝骨关节炎,可以改善膝关节功能、缓解膝关节疼痛,值得深入挖掘并推广应用。0bjective To explore the treatment of knee osteoarthritis from Jueyin disease based on the theory of Liujing,and to provide some ideas for clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into Danggui Sini decoction treatment group and Celecoxib capsule control group.VAS Score of knee pain,Lyshlom score of knee function and clinical efficiency were used as evaluation criteria.Results There were statistically significant differences in VAS scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),but no statistically significant differences in VAS scores between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in Lyshlom scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and statistically significant differences in Lyshlom scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 84%(42/50)in the treatment group and 68%(34/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of knee osteoarthritis based on Jueyin and the modified Danggui Sini decoction can improve the function of knee joint and relieve the pain of knee joint.
