华盖散辨证治疗小儿支气管肺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析华盖散辨证加减对小儿支气管肺炎的治疗效果。方法选取2019年1月—2021年6月来江西省武宁县中医院就诊的80例支气管肺炎患儿进行研究,通过摸球法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组行常规西药治疗,观察组联合应用华盖散辨证加减治疗,对比2组患儿症状持续时间和睡眠质量。结果观察组患者的咳嗽、咳痰、发热、喘息、肺部湿啰音等症状持续时间短于对照组,睡眠质量总分(7.24±1.48)分低于对照组的(11.12±1.84)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上联合华盖散辨证加减方案,可使各项症状缓解,对睡眠质量存在改善作用。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Huagai powder on bronchopneumonia in children.Methods A total of 80 children with bronchopneumonia who visited Wuning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019-June 2021 were selected for study.They were divided into control group and observation group by feeling ball method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was combined with Huagai powder syndrome differentiation treatment.The duration of symptoms and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results The duration of symptoms such as cough,sputum,fever,wheezing and lung rales in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the total score of sleep quality was(7.24±1.48)lower than that in the control group(11.12±1.84),and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,combined with the treatment of Huagai powder syndrome differentiation can relieve the symptoms and improve the sleep quality.
