消瘤汤内服联合中药灌肠治疗子宫肌瘤临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究消瘤汤内服联合中药灌肠治疗子宫肌瘤患者的效果。方法选取2018年5月—2020年5月南昌市洪都中医院收治的80例子宫肌瘤患者作为本研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为参考组、观察组,各40例。参考组口服桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,观察组予以消瘤汤内服联合中药灌肠治疗。对比2组治疗前后子宫体积、肌瘤体积及血清指标[人附睾蛋白4(HE4)、糖类抗原125(CA125)]水平。结果治疗后,观察组肌瘤体积小于参考组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组子宫体积差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组HE4、CA125水平均低于参考组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消瘤汤内服联合中药灌肠治疗子宫肌瘤,可以有效缩小患者子宫肌瘤,降低血清肿瘤标志物水平。Objective To study the clinical effect of oral administration of Xiaoliu decoction combined with Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 80 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a reference group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with Guizhi Fuling capsules orally,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoliu decoction combined with Chinese medicine enema.The uterine volume,fibroids volume and serum index[human epididymal protein 4(HE4),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)]levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the volume of fibroids in the observation group was smaller than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference in uterine volume between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of HE4 and CA125 in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoliu decoction combined with Chinese medicine enema to treat uterine fibroids can effectively shrink fibroids and reduce serum tumor marker levels.
