中药熏洗治疗肛周湿疹临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药熏洗治疗肛周湿疹的效果。方法选取沈阳市苏家屯区中心医院2019年5月—2020年5月收治的肛周湿疹患者共100例,分为2组,各50例。参照组采用西药乳膏外涂,试验组采用中药熏洗的治疗方法,对比2组患者的临床恢复时间与复发情况。结果试验组患者的恢复时间为(24.6±4.4)d,低于参照组的(37.5±5.4)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的复发率为2.00%(1/50),低于参照组的18.00%(9/50)(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗治疗肛周湿疹可以取得理想的效果,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on perianal eczema.Methods A total of 100 patients with perianal eczema admitted to Sujiatun District Central Hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into 2 groups,with 50 cases in each group.During the period,the control group was treated with western medicine cream,and the experimental group was treated with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing.The clinical recovery time and recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results The recovery time of experimental group was(24.6±4.4)d,lower than that of control group(37.5±5.4)d,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of experimental group was 2.00%(1/50),lower than that of control group(18.00%,9/50)(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of Chinese medicine fumigation and washing treatment can achieve ideal therapeutic effect and is worthy of popularization and application.
