除痹汤熏洗联合针灸对颈肩腰腿痛患者关节功能及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨针灸联合除痹汤熏洗对颈肩腰腿痛患者关节功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年2月—2021年2月定南第二医院收治的颈肩腰腿痛患者70例,依据治疗方法分为除痹汤熏洗联合针灸治疗组(联合治疗组)、单独针灸治疗组(单独治疗组),各35例,统计分析2组患者的疼痛程度、运动功能、关节功能、日常生活能力、临床疗效、生活质量。结果治疗后,联合治疗组患者的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于单独治疗组(P<0.05),Fugl-Meyer运动功能活动量表(FMA)评分、日本骨科协会关节功能评定量表(JOA)评分、Barthel指数(BI)评分均高于单独治疗组(P<0.05)。联合治疗组的总有效率为97.14%(34/35)高于单独治疗组的80.00%(28/35)(P<0.05),联合治疗组患者的疼痛、睡眠、精力、躯体活动、情感反应、社会孤独感评分及诺丁汉健康量表(NHP)总分均低于单独治疗组(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合除痹汤熏洗治疗较针灸单独治疗更能有效改善颈肩腰腿痛患者关节功能及生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Chubi decoction on joint function and quality of life in patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain.Methods A retrospective selection of 70 patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain in Dingnan Second Hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were divided into Chubi decoction fumigation and washing combined with acupuncture treatment group(combined treatment group)and single acupuncture treatment group(single treatment group),with 35 cases in each group.Statistical analysis of the pain degree,motor function,joint function,daily life ability,clinical efficacy,quality of life of the two groups of patients was carried out.Results After treatment,the visual analog scale(VAS)score of the combined treatment group was lower than that of the single treatment group(P<0.05),and the Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Activity Scale(FMA)score,Japanese Orthopaedic Association Joint Function Rating Scale(JOA)score and Barthel Index(BI)score of the combined treatment group were higher than that of the single treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was 97.14%(34/35),which was higher than that of the single treatment group(80.00%)(28/35)(P<0.05).The scores of pain,sleep,energy,physical activity,emotional response,social loneliness and Nottingham Health Scale(NHP)in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the single treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Chubi decoction can improve the joint function and quality of life of patients with neck,shoulder,back and leg pain more effectively than acupuncture alone.
