益气养阴活血汤联合氯沙坦钾片治疗糖尿病肾病临床观察

摘　　要：目的系统性评价益气养阴活血汤联合氯沙坦钾片对糖尿病肾病患者的治疗效果。方法选取2019年7月—2020年7月于沈阳市沈河区中医院中医内科门诊接受治疗的糖尿病肾病患者60例,采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组30例,应用氯沙坦钾片治疗方案;试验组30例,在对照组基础上联合益气养阴活血汤内服。观察2组患者治疗前后中医症状体征积分、尿白蛋白排泄率、尿素氮和血清肌酐情况。结果经临床治疗,试验组中医症状体征积分、尿白蛋白排泄率、尿素氮、血肌酐均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴活血汤联合氯沙坦钾片治疗方案可有效提高糖尿病肾病患者肾脏对白蛋白代谢及滤过功能,值得临床推广。Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction combined with losartan potassium tablets on patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods 60 patients with diabetic nephropathy who were hospitalized and treated in Shenhe District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group by envelop method.30 cases in the control group were treated with losartan potassium tablets and 30 cases in the experimental group were treated with Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction.The TCM syndrome score,urinary albumin excretion rate,urea nitrogen and serum creatinine were observed before and after treatment.Results After clinical treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome and signs,urinary albumin excretion rate,urea nitrogen and blood creatinine of experimental group were better than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction combined with losartan potassium tablets can effectively improve the white blood protein metabolism and filtration function of diabetic nephropathy patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
