摘　　要：目的为全面总结不同针具在背肌筋膜炎治疗中的应用情况。方法通过检索国内数据库中有关针刺治疗此病的相关文献,对针具在治疗背肌筋膜炎中的运用情况进行了总结。结果在各种针具中毫针选取运用最多,且常结合手法运用,以及与电针、留罐等方法配合使用。除毫针外,临床上还将针刀、火针、三棱针、芒针、浮针、皮肤针、毫刃针、梅花针、锋钩针、铍针等各种针具应用于背肌筋膜炎的治疗中。结论各种针具均具有各自不同的治疗特点,既丰富了针刺治疗背肌筋膜炎的手段,也为针具的发展提供了临床应用基础。Objective To summarize the application of different needles in the treatment of back myofascitis.Methods Through the domestic database retrieval relevant literature about acupuncture treatment of the disease,needles in the treatment of back muscle fasciitis condition was summarized.Results The results showed that the filiform needle is the most commonly used needle among all kinds of needles,and it is often used in combination with the use of manipulation,electroacupuncture,pot retention and other methods.In addition to the filiform needle,various kinds of needles such as acupotomy,fire needle,three-edge needle,awn needle,floating needle,skin needle,blade needle,plum needle,sharp hook needle and stiletto needle are also used in the treatment of dorsal myofascitis.Conclusion All kinds of needles have their own different therapeutic characteristics,which not only enriches the means of acupuncture treatment of dorsal myofasciitis,but also provides the clinical application basis for the development of needles.
