摘　　要：目的对近年发表的中药药源性肝毒性相关中医药文献进行汇总分析,以期总结相关中药药源性肝毒性的类型及归纳药源性肝毒性中药。方法检索万方、维普、中国知网数据库,运用首个安全用药信息查询网络共享共创平台收集并整理具有肝毒性的中药。结果检索出相关论文200余篇,对药源性肝毒性的分类和临床表现有了系统的归纳。结论科学性看待中药药源性肝毒性的安全问题,为中医药事业更好地发展提供循证依据。Objective To summarize and analyze the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)literature related to drug-induced hepatotoxicity of Chinese medicines published in recent years,in order to summarize the types of drug-induced hepatotoxicity of TCM and the generalization of drug-induced hepatotoxicity of Chinese medicine.Methods Searching Wanfang,Weipu database,CNKI,the first safe medication information query network sharing co-creation platform was used to collect and sort hepatotoxic Chinese medicines.Results More than 200 related papers were retrieved,and the classification and clinical manifestations of drug-induced hepatotoxicity were systematically summarized.Conclusion A scientific approach to the safety issues of drug-induced liver toxicity of traditional Chinese medicines provides evidence-based evidence for the better development of traditional Chinese medicine.
