摘　　要：慢性疲劳综合征(Chronic fatigue syndrome,CFS)是以慢性或反复发作的极度疲劳为特征的一组临床证候,患者不明原因地出现严重的全身倦怠感,伴有低热、头痛、肌肉痛、抑郁、注意力不集中等精神症状,有时淋巴结肿大而影响正常生活,是当今医学新认识的一种病证。与健康人的疲劳表现有所不同,CFS患者是由于极度疲劳导致工作、生活、身心健康均受到严重影响,持续或反复地、长时间地处于无法正常学习工作的状态。1988年美国疾病控制中心(CDC)将这类证候群正式命名为CFS,并给出相应的诊断标准。CFS严重影响到患者的工作与生活,是现今国内外医学界都广泛关注的病种之一。Chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS)is a group of clinical syndromes characterized by chronic or recurrent extreme fatigue.Patients with unknown causes of serious systemic fatigue,accompanied by low fever,headache,muscle pain,depression,inattention and other mental symptoms,sometimes lymph node enlargement and affect the normal life,is a new medical understanding of a disease.Different from the fatigue performance of healthy people,patients with CFS are seriously affected by extreme fatigue in work,life and physical and mental health,and are unable to study and work normally continuously or repeatedly for a long time.In 1988,the Centers for Disease Control(CDC)officially named this type of syndrome group as CFS and gave corresponding diagnostic criteria.CFS seriously affects the work and life of patients,and is one of the diseases,which are widely concerned by the medical circles at home and abroad.
