摘　　要：目的探讨快速按摩刺激水道穴结合低频脉冲电刺激对产后尿潴留(PUR)产妇尿动力学指标、舒适度及生活质量的影响。方法选择2018年3月至2021年1月收治的80例PUR产妇为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理加低频脉冲电刺激,观察组在对照组基础上增加快速按摩刺激水道穴。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的残余尿量、膀胱顺应性、膀胱逼尿肌收缩力、尿道闭合压优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的生理、心理、精神、社会文化和环境评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速按摩刺激水道穴结合低频脉冲电刺激可改善PUR产妇尿动力学指标,提高舒适度及生活质量,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effects of rapid massage stimulation of Shuidao acupoint combined with low frequency pulse electrical stimulation on urodynamic indexes,comfort degree and quality of life of parturients with postpartum urinary retention(PUR).Methods A total of 80 PUR parturients admitted from March 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the parturients were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing and low frequency pulse electrical stimulation,while the observation group was treated with rapid massage stimulation of Shuidao acupoint on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the residual urine volume,bladder compliance,bladder detrusor contractility and urethral closure pressure in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physiology,psychology,spirit,social culture and environment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale Brief(WHOQOL-BREF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid massage stimulation of Shuidao acupoint combined with low frequency pulse electrical stimulation can improve the urodynamic indexes of PUR parturients,improve comfort and quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
