延续性护理在手部瘢痕挛缩畸形皮瓣移植治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨延续性护理在手部瘢痕挛缩畸形皮瓣移植治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2019年10月至2020年6月于我院接受皮瓣移植治疗的70例手部瘢痕挛缩畸形患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(35例,常规护理)和观察组(35例,常规护理+延续性护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在手部瘢痕挛缩畸形皮瓣移植治疗中应用延续性护理能够减轻炎症反应,提高生活质量,改善焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者满意度,减少并发症,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing in the treatment of hand scar contracture deformity flap transplantation.Methods A total of 70 patients with hand scar contracture deformity who received flap transplantation treatment in our hospital from October 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(35 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(35 cases,routine nursing+continuous nursing)by random number table method.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)and the MOS 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing applied in the hand scar contracture deformity flap transplantation treatment can reduce inflammation reaction,improve quality of life,improve anxiety and depression,improve patients'satisfaction,and reduce complications.It is worth promoting.
