合理情绪行为干预结合纽曼护理模式在肺结核合并糖尿病中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨合理情绪行为干预结合纽曼护理模式在肺结核合并糖尿病中的应用效果。方法选择2018年5月至2021年2月收治的86例肺结核合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施合理情绪行为干预结合纽曼护理模式。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的疾病知识掌握程度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的空腹血糖控制达标率、病灶吸收率高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论合理情绪行为干预结合纽曼护理模式可提高肺结核合并糖尿病患者疾病知识掌握程度,减轻其负性情绪,也有助于控制病情。Objective To explore the application effect of reasonable emotional behavior intervention combined with Newman nursing model in pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 86 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes admitted from May 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group implemented reasonable emotional behavior intervention combined with Newman nursing model on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of degree of disease knowledge mastery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the fasting blood glucose control compliance rate and lesion absorption rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Reasonable emotional behavior intervention combined with Newman nursing model can improve the degree of disease knowledge mastery in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus,reduce their negative emotions,and also help to control the disease.
