摘 要:目的:探讨康复过程中加入中轴骨稳定性训练对脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能和精细功能的影响。方法:选取2020年10月—2021年9月郑州大学第五附属医院收治的44例脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各22例。对照组行传统康复训练,观察组在传统康复训练过程中加入中轴骨稳定性训练。训练前后对两组患儿运动功能均采用《0~6岁小儿神经心理发育检查表》和Peabody运动发育量表(第二版)进行评估。结果:两种量表评估结果显示,经过三个月训练干预后,两组患儿粗大运动和精细运动评分均显著提高,差异有统计学意义(t=2.774、2.323,P<0.05),且训练后观察组Peabody粗大运动发育商(Gross motor development quotient,GMQ)和精细运动发育商(Fine motor development quotient,FMQ)评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.764、4.636,P<0.05)。结论:脑瘫患儿康复过程中加入中轴骨稳定性训练有助于提高其运动功能,有利于上下肢的活动,从而增强其粗大运动和精细运动能力,促进其运动功能发展,有助于患儿的康复。Objective:To investigate the effect of adding medial bone stability training to the rehabilitation process on gross mo⁃tor function and fine function in children with cerebral palsy.Methods:44 cases of children with cerebral palsy admitted to the hospital from October 2020 to September 2021 were selected as study subjects and divided into observation and control groups ac⁃cording to the random number table method,with 22 cases in each group.In the control group,traditional rehabilitation training was performed,and in the observation group,mid-shaft bone stability training was added to the traditional rehabilitation training process.The motor function of children in both groups was assessed before and after training using the Pediatric Neuropsychologi⁃cal Development Checklist for 0-6 years old and the Peabody Motor Development Scale(2nd edition).Results:The results of the assessment of both scales showed that after three months of training intervention,the gross motor and fine motor scores of children in both groups improved significantly,with statistically significant differences(t=2.774,2.323,P<0.05).The Peabody gross motor development quotient(GMQ)and fine motor development quotient(FMQ)scores were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group after training,and the differences were statistically significant(t=10.764,4.636,P<0.05).Conclusion:The inclusion of medial bone stability training in the rehabilitation process of children with cerebral palsy can help improve their motor function,facilitate the movement of the upper and lower limbs,thus enhancing their gross and fine motor abilities,promoting their motor function development,and contributing to the rehabilitation of the children.
