摘 要:目的:比较单纯切开复位和单臂式铰链外支架结合内固定术治疗肱骨髁间骨折的治疗效果,探讨单臂式铰链外支架结合内固定术的优势及护理干预的临床作用。方法:采用便利抽样法抽取2019年1月—2021年1月样本医院收治的24例肱骨髁间骨折患者,根据患者病情及意愿将其分为A组10例和B组14例。A组采用单纯切开复位内固定术,B组则采取单臂式铰链外支架结合内固定术。比较两组患者肘关节的Mayo评分、健康指数得分和患者的护理满意度。结果:B组肘关节功能恢复情况、健康指数及患者满意度均优于A组,差异有统计学意义(t=1.257、1.813、2.074、0.843、1.052、0.174,P<0.05)。结论:肱骨髁间骨折患者采用单臂式铰链外支架结合内固定术,能在外支架的保护下进行早期功能锻炼,加快关节功能恢复,有效提升患者的健康指数,提高患者的满意度。Objective:To compare the therapeutic effects of simple open reduction and single-arm hinged external stent combined with internal fixation in the treatment of intercondylar fractures of the humerus,and to explore the advantages of single-arm hinged external stent combined with internal fixation and the clinical effect of nursing intervention.Methods:Twenty-four patients with humeral intercondylar fractures admitted to the sample hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected by convenience sampling method,and they were divided into 10 cases in group A and 14 cases in group B according to the patients’condition and willingness.Group A was treated with open reduction and internal fixation alone,while group B was treated with single-arm hinged external stent combined with internal fixation.The Mayo score,health index score and patients’nursing satisfaction of the elbow joint were compared between the two groups.Results:Elbow joint function recovery,health index and patient satisfaction in group B were better than those in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(t=1.257,1.813,2.074,P<0.05,t=0.843,1.052,0.174,P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with intercondylar fractures of the humerus,single-arm hinged external support combined with internal fixation can perform early functional exercise under the protection of the external support,speed up the recovery of joint function,effectively improve the patients’health index,and improve patient satisfaction.
