摘　　要：目的:探讨急诊留观患者临床护理中应用心理干预对患者疾病不确定感与心理应激反应的影响。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年1月濮阳市安阳地区医院收治的100例急诊留观患者的病历资料,依据护理方案的差异分为对照组和研究组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规干预模式,研究组在常规干预的基础上采用心理干预模式。比较两组患者干预前后疾病不确定感量表(MUIS-A)评分与心理应激反应(SRQ)评分。结果:干预后,两组患者MUIS-A量表中各维度评分及总分均低于干预前,且研究组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.023、3.416、4.836、3.386、2.453,P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者SRQ量表中各维度评分及总分均低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.011、4.149、4.771、4.230,P<0.05)。结论:心理干预应用于急诊留观患者护理中可有效减轻患者疾病不确定感,降低其心理应激反应,改善其心理状态,有利于临床后续治疗工作的开展。Objective:To investigate the effects of a psychological intervention applied in the clinical care of emergency leave patients on the patients’illness uncertainty and psychological stress reaction.Methods:The medical records of 100 patients ad⁃mitted to the hospital for emergency room stay from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group based on the difference in care protocols,with 50 cases in each group.The control group used the conventional intervention model,and the study group used the psychological intervention model based on the conventional intervention.The scores of MUIS-A and SRQ before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the scores and total scores of all dimensions in the MUIS-A were lower in both groups than before the intervention,and they were lower in the study group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=11.023,3.416,4.836,3.386,2.453,P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores and total scores of all dimensions in the SRQ scale were lower in both groups than be⁃fore the intervention,and were lower in the study group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=4.011,4.149,4.771,4.230,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of psychological interventions in the care of patients in the emergency room can effectively reduce patients’uncertainty about their illness,reduce their psychological stress,improve their psychological status,and facilitate the development of subsequent clinical treatment.
