摘　　要：内涵式发展是新时代地方高校MBA(工商管理硕士)人才培养模式改革的必经之路。基于国家对高等教育内涵式发展的要求和推动地方高校MBA人才培养质量提升,更好地服务国家和地方经济社会发展的理念,针对当前开展MBA人才培养的地方高校存在的教学模式与人才培养目标不匹配、课程体系设置不合理、实践能力训练不足、国际化视野培养薄弱等问题,结合地方高校特性与MBA人才培养特点,从教育理念、教学方式、课程建设、师资队伍、办学资源等方面探索提升MBA人才培养质量的新模式。Intensive development is the only way to reform the talent training mode of MBA(Master of Business Administration)in local colleges and universities in the new era.Based on the national requirements for the inten⁃sive development of higher education and the concept of promoting the quality of MBA talent training in local col⁃leges and universities and better serving the country and local economic and social development,in view of the problems of the current local colleges and universities carrying out MBA talent training,such as the mismatch be⁃tween teaching mode and talent training objectives,improper curriculum system setting,insufficient practical abil⁃ity training,and weak cultivation of international vision,and combined with the characteristics of local colleges and universities and the characteristics of MBA talent training,this paper explores a new mode to improve the quality of MBA talent training from the aspects of educational philosophy,teaching methods,curriculum construc⁃tion,teaching staff,and school-running resources.
