摘　　要：为了解我国西部地区农村土地流转现状,以重庆市忠县为例,实地调研结果表明,研究区土地流转呈现以转包出租流转为主、流转规模较小、流转价格较低等特点,并且存在流转方式不规范、流转服务机构不健全和服务不到位等方面问题。提出了规范交易流程和流转方式加快流转、健全交易流转机构引导流转、强化流转指导服务和监督帮助流转、创新激励多举措促进流转等措施,进一步助推乡村振兴战略实施。In order to understand current situation of rural land circulation in western China,taking Zhongxian County,Chongqing City as an example,on-site research results showed that,land circulation in the study area was characterized by subcontracting and leasing,small scale and low price.Besides,there were some problems such as irregular circulation mode,imperfect circulation service.Measures were put forward,such as regulating transaction process and circulation mode to speed up circulation,improving transaction circulation institutions to guide circulation,strengthening circulation guidance services and supervision to assist in circulation,and innovating and encouraging multiple measures to promote circulation,so as to further boost implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
