摘　　要：通过分析我国当前农业工程类大学生在实践教育与理想信念、个人价值观等方面存在的问题,探讨了建立以雷锋精神为引领的农业工程类大学生创新创业实践体系的紧迫性与必要性。以山东农业大学“学雷锋家电维修队”为例,构建了普惠制大学生创新创业实践体系,通过雷锋精神红色基因传承、平台与制度建设、指导教师管理及社会实践等措施,农业工程类大学生的思想素质、创新创业实践能力得到大幅提升,取得较好实施效果。Through analyzing some problems of practice education,believes,personal values of recent undergraduates in China,it is urgency and necessary to establish practice system of innovation and entrepreneurship for agricultural engineering college students'guidance with Lei Feng Spirit for appliance repair team.As an example of the learn-from-Leifeng team of home-appliance maintenance of Shandong Agricultural University,common benefit for practice teaching system of innovation and entrepreneurship has been constructed.Some measures were implemented as following:red gene inheritance of Lei Feng Spirit,platform and institutional improvement,management of guidance teachers,social practice activity and so on.Quality of ideological,innovation and entrepreneurship has been improved for agricultural engineering college students.The new practice system has achieved good implementation effect.
