摘　　要：以红颜草莓匍匐茎茎尖为外植体,探讨了不同消毒时间、不同外源激素对红颜草莓茎尖消毒效果、茎尖萌发及增殖效果的影响。结果表明,最佳的消毒时间组合为75%酒精消毒30 s,再用0.1%升汞消毒10 min;较适宜的初代萌芽激素组合为1.00 mg/L 6-BA、0.20 mg/L NAA,萌芽率可达100.00%;在0.50 mg/L 6-BA、0.10 mg/L KT两种激素组合下,红颜草莓增殖效果较佳,草莓苗长势较好,增殖系数为3.0。Effects of different disinfection time and exogenous hormones on disinfection,shoot tip germination and multiplication of'Hongyan'strawberry stolons were studied.Results showed that the best combination of disinfection time was 75%alcohol for 30 s,and then rinsed with 0.1%mercuric chloride for 10 min,and the optimum combination of initial germinating hormone was 1.00 mg/l 6-BA and 0.20 mg/l NAA,germinating rate could reach 100.00%.At concentration of 0.50 mg/l 6-BA and 0.10 mg/l KT,growth of strawberry seedlings was better and multiplication coefficient was 3.0.
