摘 要:炼化低碳转型,一方面需要提高对现有化石能源的利用效率,另一方面需要降低对石油煤炭等化石能源的依赖度。沸腾床加氢技术就是一种提高化石能源利用效率的先进技术。该技术自20世纪50年代首次提出,已发展出空塔沉降结构、循环杯结构、惯性分离结构、分腔沉降结构、旋流分离结构等五种结构类型的反应器,形成了一批商业化技术,已广泛用于渣油的加氢裂化和加氢脱硫等领域。在炼化低碳转型进程中,由于对原料劣质的适应性、催化剂的在线置换及活化,沸腾床加氢技术相较于固定床加氢技术更适用于重油轻质多产化工原料、煤直接液化的全馏分油提质、煤焦油提质加工以及生物质热解液加氢脱氧需求。For the low-carbon transition of refining and chemical industry,on the one hand,the utilization efficiency of existing fossil energy shall be improved,and on the other hand,the dependence on fossil energy such as petroleum and coal industry shall be reduced.The ebullated bed hydrogenation technology is an advanced technology which can improve the utilization efficiency of the existing fossil energy.The technology was first proposed in the 1950s,and the reactors with five types of structures have been developed,including the empty tower sedimentation structure,circulation cup structure,inertial separation structure,sub-chamber sedimentation structure and hydrocyclone separation structure.A number of commercial technologies have been formed and widely used in the fields of hydrocracking and hydrodesulfurization of residual oil.Compared with the fixed bed hydrogenation technology,the ebullated bed hydrogenation technology is more suitable for production of chemical raw materials from heavy and light oil,quality improvement of the fully distillated oil directly liquefied from the coal,upgrading of the coal tar and hydrodeoxygenation of biomass pyrolysis liquid due to the adaptability to inferior raw materials,online replacement and activation of catalysts.
