摘  要:液压修井机设备特点和作业方式与常规修井机区别较大,其安全性直接影响油气田开发的生产经营和经济效益。对液压修井机作业开展模糊综合安全评价,可以及时发现设备问题隐患、安装缺陷和工艺技术隐患,是有效避免安全、环境事故事件,以及重大经济损失的重要方法。通过量化风险因素,运用层次分析法确定各因素权重,建立单指标评价矩阵,给出综合评价结果,建立液压修井机模糊数学综合评价模型。结合现用340K型液压修井机开展综合安全评价,计算结果与实际一致,可为同类型作业设备的综合评价和安全分级提供理论参考和方法借鉴。The features of equipment and operation mode of hydraulic workover rig are quite different from those of conventional workover rig,the safety of which will have direct influence on the production,operation and economic benefits of oil and gas field being developed.The hidden trouble,installation defects and technology risks of equipment can be found in time after fuzzy comprehensive safety evaluation of operation of hydraulic workover rig,which is an effective method to avoid the accidents of safety and environment and major economic losses.By quantifying the risk factors,using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each factor,a single index evaluation matrix is set up,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results are given,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of hydraulic workover rig is established.Combined with the existing 340K hydraulic workover rig to carry out comprehensive safety evaluation,the calculation results are consistent with the actual values,which can provide theoretical reference and method reference for the comprehensive evaluation and safety classification of the same type of equipment.
