“水虚土乘”是更年期女性代谢综合征的核心病机

摘　　要：目前一般将代谢综合征病机归之于“脾虚”。一方面,随着生活方式和饮食结构的改变,过食肥甘、贪逸少动等致使脾高负荷运化,脾运亢进。另一方面,气机阻滞,气化失常,日久代谢物不能及时布散,蓄积为毒,代谢紊乱,发为代谢综合征,故“脾实”是代谢综合征的核心病机。“肾虚”和“脾实”并存是更年期女性代谢综合征的病机特点,且“肾虚”是始动因素。根据五行相乘理论,水行虚弱,过亢之土行乘之,如此循环,水行愈弱,土行愈亢,终致更年期女性代谢紊乱不断加重,故提出“水虚土乘”是更年期女性代谢综合征的核心病机。At present,the pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome is generally attributed to"spleen deficiency".However,with the changes of life style and diet structure,some factors such as overeating,less movement and so on can lead to excessive accumulation of metabolites which bring high load transportation for spleen and air-resistance lag for body.The metabolites are transformed into something be bad for our body with age,and caused metabolic disorder.All of this is the result of spleen hyperfunction.It is proposed that"spleen overacting"is the key pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome,because of the mutual effects and vicious circle for both.The coexistence of"water deficiency"and"earth invading"is the pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome in climacteric women,and"water deficiency"is the initiating factor.According to the relationship between the"five elements"theory in Chinese medicine,when the water becomes weak,the earth will over-acts the water.The weaker the water is,the higher the earth is,which result in the continuous progress of metabolic disorder in climacteric women.In conclusion,we put forward that"water deficiency and earth invading"is core pathogenesis of climacteric women’s metabolic syndrome.
