摘　　要：随着社会的不断发展及竞争压力的增大,许多更年期女性常常发生抑郁症,即围绝经期抑郁症,且患者越来越多,身心健康受到严重影响。本文通过查阅近年来围绝经期抑郁症临床治疗的相关文献,首先分析了西医对围绝经期抑郁症认识和治疗方法进展,指出其不足;其次系统总结了中医对围绝经期抑郁症病因病机的认识,即围绝经期抑郁症既与肝郁有关,也与脾胃、心脑有关;然后综述了中药治疗、针刺治疗和针药联合治疗最新进展,比较了它们的治疗效果和特点;最后针对目前临床治疗围绝经期抑郁症现状提出继续深入研究病因病机、探索更科学客观、细化的诊断标准和应多种方法联合治疗的建议。Perimenopausal depression is easy to occur for the woman in menopause.As continuous development of society and increasing competition pressure,a growing number of women are suffering from it.Based on the relevant literature on the clinical treatment of perimenopausal depression in recent years,we first analyzed the progress of Western medicine in the understanding and treatment of perimenopausal depression,and indicated its shortcomings.Secondly,we systematically summarized the understanding of TCM on the etiology and pathogenesis of perimenopausal depression.Perimenopausal depression is not only related to liver depression,but also related to spleen,stomach,heart and brain.Then summarized the latest progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,acupuncture treatment,and the combination treatment of acupuncture and medicine,and compared their therapeutic effects and characteristics;Finally,according to the current situation of clinical treatment of perimenopausal depression,we put forward some suggestions on continuing to deeply study the etiology and pathogenesis,exploring more scientific,objective and detailed diagnostic criteria,and enhancing the combination treatment of multiple methods.
