摘　　要：女真、满族是生活在东北地区的少数民族,在独特自然环境与社会环境影响下,他们创造了具有鲜明民族特色的多种体育运动形式,具有全民性、注重意志品质的训练、注重民族认同感的培养等特点,研究、推广和传承传统体育项目具有很强的实践价值.Jurchen and Manchu are ethnic minorities living in the Northeast.Under the influence of the unique natural and social environment,they have created a variety of sports forms with distinctive national characteristics.Their sports have the characteristics of nationwide,focus on the training of willpower,and the cultivation of national identity.Research promotion and inheritance of traditional sports have strong practical value.
