摘 要:随着我国高速公路及智能汽车的迅猛发展,汽车行驶场景不再局限于早期的低速简单,而面临当前的高速复杂多变,以及未来自动驾驶下更高速更复杂的环境,同时早期汽车在这种新环境下也逐渐暴露出一些与四轮定位相关的行驶性问题,比如外倾角不良导致车辆在高速紧急情况下操稳性差,影响行驶安全。而在这种更高品质的驾乘需求下,国内大部分整车企业的四轮定位性能尺寸开发却依然延续早期的开发方法,未能与时俱进,缺少全面且系统的分析。文章基于尺寸工程开发方法论,以当前中高端汽车常用的双叉臂悬架为例,介绍如何正向全面系统地开发外倾角、后倾角等四轮定位尺寸策略,包含悬架合拼定位策略的选取、车身底盘产品结构工艺设计、外倾角和后倾角参数3DCS仿真分析优化、工厂质量监控策略、售后质量管控及返修方式等。此研究为行业内底盘四轮定位尺寸策略的开发提供了一套完整准确的方法,同时可以指导车身底盘等产品结构和工艺的开发,此外也探讨了当前外倾角和后倾角质量管控过程中存在的潜在问题点。With the rapid development of expressways and intelligent vehicles in China,the driving environment of vehicles is no longer limited to the simple low speed in the early stage,but more complex and changeable in the current high speed,and even more complex in the future under automatic driving.At the same time,some driving problems related to four-wheel alignment of early vehicles are also gradually exposed in this changing environment,such as poor camber resulting in poor handling stability in high-speed emergencies,thus affecting driving safety.However,under the demand for higher quality,the development of four-wheel alignment performance dimensions of most domestic OEMs still continue to use the early development method,failing to keep pace with the times,and lacking comprehensive and systematic analysis.Based on the dimensional engineering development methodology,taking the double wishbone suspension commonly used in current high-end vehicles as an example,this paper will introduce how to comprehensively and positively develop the four-wheel alignment dimensional strategy such as camber and caster angle,including the selection of suspension assembly locating strategy,BIW&Chassis product structure design,camber and caster angle 3DCS simulation analysis and optimization,factory quality monitoring strategy,after-sales quality control and repair methods,etc.This research provides a complete and accurate method for the development of chassis four-wheel alignment dimensional strategy in the industry,and can guide the development of product structures and processes such as BIW or chassis.In addition,the potential problems in the current camber and caster quality control process are also discussed.
