摘  要:钻井液处理剂是钻井液体系的重要组分之一,其主要污染物含量与钻井废物的环保指标直接相关。文章简述了钻井液处理剂的作用及种类,通过试验研究了西南油气田常用钻井液处理剂对钻井废物的COD、色度和有害重金属3种主要污染物的贡献。结果显示:西南油气田各种主要钻井液处理剂对钻井废水和固体废物中的COD和色度均具有较大贡献,1%(质量百分比)浓度下COD贡献值达2.42×10^(2)~8.59×10^(4) mg/L,且同类型钻井液处理剂对COD和色度的贡献值差异大;汞和砷检出率较低,含量也低;镉、铅和铬检出率高,含量也较高,虽然未超标,但积累液存在可能污染环境的风险。试验结果可以指导钻井液处理剂,特别是同类型环境友好钻井液处理剂的优选,从钻井作业源头控制降低污染物的危害,对污染物的末端资源化处置利用具有重要意义。Drilling fluid additives are one of the important components of drilling fluid system,and its main pollutant content is directly related to environmental protection index of drilling waste.This study describes the functions and types of drilling fluid additives,and analyzes these additives of contamination contributions on COD,chroma,and harmful heavy metals in Southwest Oil and Gas Field.In the results,all drilling fluid additives in the Southwest Oil and Gas Field have a great contribution to the COD and chroma in the drilling waste water and solid,and the COD contribution at 1%(mass percentage)concentration is 2.42×10^(2)~8.59×10^(4) mg/L,and the same type of drilling fluid additives has a large difference in the contribution value of COD and chromaticity.The detection rate of mercury and arsenic was low,and the content was also low.However,the detection rate of cadmium,lead and chromium was high,and the content was also high.Although there was few exceeding the standard,the accumulation may also have the risk of polluting the environment.The test results are of great significance to guide the selection of drilling fluid treatment agents,especially the same type of environmentally friendly drilling fluid treatment agents,to control and reduce the harm of pollutants from the source of drilling operations,and to facilitate the disposal and utilization of pollutants at the end of the resource.
